Some salons include organic facials in their treatments, we at Exclusive Beauty Clinic decided to go one step beyond and offer a range of organic treatments, giving our customers a choice. Months of careful research, review and testing took place to ensure that we could give the absolute best. 

In cosmetic terms, organic means that no bulk synthetic chemicals or petrochemicals or synthetic compounds are used. Non-organic products may use harsh chemicals like propylene glycols (i.e. anti freeze) and a great deal of concern has been expressed about chemicals and their ‘human’ effects in cosmetics in the press in recent months.

The products we have chosen for our treatments do not contain Petrochemicals or Parabens but use organic plant materials. We also do not use products that contain Shea butter which we are informed drags, blocks and weigh down the skin and which also usually don’t carry molecules which are needed to hydrate the skin.

As many find in their supermarket shopping, being healthy and buying organic products adds cost to the bill. Using Organic products in our treatments increases our base cost. This increase in cost is directly and proportionately passed through on the price of our treatments and the increased prices compared with standard treatments does not reflect any profiteering on our part.

The products used are not tested on animals and are Vegan & Vegetarian Society Approved.

Who should consider using organic products?

The simple answer is everybody. Some people however may be convinced due to their present circumstance. Pregnant or lactating mothers may feel that any chemicals ‘entering the bloodstream’ may upset the nutritional balance for their foetus or baby and choose organic or natural products as a preference. People who are suffering allergies, sensitive skin or skin conditions may prefer the organic route. Many people choose organic because they seek a healthier lifestyle, are concerned by environmental issues or do not support animal testing. Whatever the reason, the choice always remains yours, we are not here to preach the whys or wherefores.

Organic Waxing Treatments

We have extensively researched the effectiveness of organic waxes and are pleased that we have located a worlds major brand that gives fantastic results. This is a warm wax formulation, not sugaring, and we use a pre wax organic powder and post wax soothing organic lotion by products by leading organic manufacturer Natural Elements.

Organic Massage Treatments

Massage Treatments that are a real treat!  We use the very best in unadulterated aromatherapy massage oil blends from Natural Elements. We use three different blends depending upon the massage required.

For Relaxing Massages we use:

Patchouli & Sandalwood Oil containing a mix of Sunflower seed oil, Avocado, Patchouli and Sandalwood. The aromatherapy benefits are for Anti-depression, insomnia, tension, relaxation, digestion, respiration, infection, cracked and chapped skin. This oil is also rich in Vitamin A, C and E.

     or

Elemi & Rose Oil containing a mix of Sunflower seed oil, Evening primrose, Elemi, Rose, Citral, Citronellal, Geranial and Limonene. The aromatherapy benefits are for nervous exhaustion, congestion, inflammation, poor circulation, pre-menstrual tension, high blood pressure, arthritis, rejuvenating tired and dry skin, it is also rich in vitamin E.

A wonderfully relaxing massage using hot stones placed along the body’s meridian lines.

For Sports or Deep Muscle Massage we use:

Ginger, Rosemary & Mandarin Containing a mix of Sunflower seed oil, wheat germ, ginger, rosemary, mandarin, citral, limonene, linalool.   The Aromatherapy Benefits are for sprains, strains, fatigue, arthritis, muscular aches & pains, poor circulation, cramp, rheumatism, fluid retention. This oil is also rich in vitamin E

Organic Body Wrap

A cellulite beater!  Over the years many products come and go on the cosmetics market offering the removal of the so called orange peel skin.  However most products simply don’t work simply because they use harsh petrochemical products that actually inhibit surface drainage, a drainage that is required if the products are to show results. Natural Elements together with scientific research have created a very effective body wrap treatment using Seaweed, Essential oils and Active Plant Ingredients.

This body wrap treatment takes about 50 minutes for a full wrap and 40 minutes for a half wrap.  A treatment not to be missed before that beach holiday or special occasion.

Organic & Natural Hand and Foot Treatments

We use the best in Hand and Foot Organic Scrubs and Creams from Natural Elements to give your skin  a wonderful soft and supple feel. You then have a choice of our earth colours natural nail colours.  This nail colour does not contain any harsh chemicals and most importantly does not contain formaldehyde, a product that forms the base of many nail varnishes and one that has caused concern.          

Your manicure starts with an Organic hand soak very mild and beautifully soft and leaves the skin stunning aromatherapy aromas. Followed by a tidying of the cuticles and shaping of the nails, we then moisturise with an extra rich hand cream containing Lavender and Russian rose one of the worlds most expensive oils. It's so good for the skin if you suffer from hard or damaged hands this is said to change the skins texture dramatically. We then paint your nails with a natural nail colour.

Your pedicure starts with a wonderful soak and foot scrub to relax and invigorate your feet in Natural Elements exotic and therapeutic blend of Ginger Essential Oil, Sweet Orange Essential Oil, Cinnamon Essential Oil, Lavender Essential Oil.  We massage and scrub to remove hard skin.  Followed by a tidying of the cuticles and shaping of the nails, we then massage with a  moisturizing cream is designed to soothe and soften tired feet. With its anti-bacterial properties it's excellent for all types of foot problems and contains Grapeseed Oil, Aloe Vera Extract, Watercress Extract, Rose Geranium Essential Oil, Organic Lavender Essential Oil. We then paint your nails with a natural nail colour .

Organic Aromatherapy Facials

We offer two levels of organic facials, the Exclusive Facial lasting thirty minutes and the Exclusive Luxury Prescription Facial lasting fifty minutes. These wonderful facials use the very best of organic products from Natural Elements and leave your skin feeling fantastically fresher, more radiant and diminishes lines and wrinkles.

This facial involves a Cleanse, Tone & Exfoliate, Organic Mask, Face Massage and Moisturiser and is suitable for all skin types including sensitive.

These facials are wonderfully relaxing and involve a cleanse, tone, suitable mask and exfoliation followed by a Face, Neck and Shoulder massage using a light unadulterated organic oil. We then finish with a moisturiser, all to match your own skin type.

This facial uses a Geranium & Lavender Face Mask that is for deeply sensitive to dryer complexions yet maximising the need to absorb and extract impurities from the skin. The ingredients are Bentonite Clay, Coconut Extract, Aloe Vera Extract, Organic Lavender Essential Oil, Rose Geranium Essential Oil.

This facial uses a Lemon Grass deep cleansing clay mask created to lift excess oil and dirt from the pores leaving your skin feeling soft and clean. It is suitable for persons prone to Acne. The ingredients are Bentonite Clay, Rosemary Essential Oil, Witch Hazel Extract, Litchen Extract, and Lemongrass E/O

This facial uses a Patchouli & Lavender Face Mask. A gentle cleansing clay mask created to lift ingrained grime allowing the skin to breathe naturally.  The ingredients are Bentonite Clay, Aloe Vera Extract, Lavender Essential Oil Patchouli Essential Oil.

This facial uses all products which are fragrance free. The Aloa Vera clay based mask is designed to gently lift out impurities in the skin.

Organic Microdermabrasion Facial

One of our most popular facials now using Natural Elements organic products to complement this fantastic treatment.

Microdermabrasion is beneficial for the reduction of enlarged pores, blackheads, acne and removal of excess oils and other debris which clogs up the pores leading to a dull complexion. It also reduces the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.
Prescription products are used in the cleansing & toning process and as an added benefit oxygen is injected into the skin using the oxyjet no-needle system and you relax with an oxygen masque whilst listening to relaxing music in sedate surroundings.
 
Organic Non Surgical Face Lift

A favourite of many. This treatment uses microcurrents to tone and tighten the skin giving a more youthful look. A course of 12 is recommended followed by a monthly maintenance. Organic products from Natural Elements are used in conjunction with this treatments.
