| All prices shown on our website are stated inclusive of VAT. The
current rate of VAT is as determined by the UK Government, currently
17.5%. Any changes in legislation affecting the rate of VAT might
cause pricing to be amended in the future. |

| Delivery and Charges |
| We currently only deliver within the UK excluding Channel
Islands. For any enquiries outside the UK, please email us on

.Our charge for delivery within the UK mainland is £3.95
for goods purchased up to and including £25.00, £2.95 for goods
purchased up to and including £50.00 and £1.95 for goods
purchased up to and including £100.00. Where the aggregate
single transaction is greater than £100 delivery within the UK
mainland is free of charge. Gift Vouchers and Gift Certificates
are Free Delivery. The normal period for delivery will be three
to five working days. If any delay in delivery is anticipated we
will contact you either by email or phone at the earliest
opportunity. |

| Quantity Limits - Reselling |
| We reserve the right to limit the quantity of
items purchased per person, per household or per order. These
restrictions may be applicable to orders placed by the same credit
card, and also to orders that use the same billing and/or shipping
address. We will provide notification to the customer e-mail and/or
billing address provided should such limits be applied. We also
reserve the right to prohibit sales to dealers or customers
redirecting product. |

| Returns |
If any of our products are faulty firstly
please inform us and then return them within 30 days of receiving
them. Upon receipt of the goods and inspection, we will offer you a
full refund or a replacement, along with a refund for the return
carriage cost. Please ensure that returns are securely packaged and
sent by an insured or signed for service.
If you change your mind
about an order, please first contact us and return any items inside
there original box (es) within a 30-day period in a re-saleable
condition. Upon receipt of the goods back, we will apply a refund to
the value of your order total less the original carriage cost.
